Inspired by Facial Tissue

Todays card was inspired by the flap from a facial tissue box. When I opened a box today I thought it would make a perfect vase.

I embossed the flourish onto it and did some shading with distress inks. The flowers are also coloured with distress inks and have glass beads in the center. To give some texture to the leaves and stems I ran the green paper through the cuttlebug with the branch folder.

I think this will be a great card for Mother's Day which is just around the corner!

Thanks for stopping by!
