Lil Gnome

I just love the gnome dies Simon Says Stamp came out with last winter but I didn't want to just use these cuties for Christmas cards so I figured if I dressed them up appropriately I could use them all year long.

I decided to make a birthday shaker card with some fun patterned papers, colourful sequins and of course a pom pom!

Reveal Wheel

Made my first Reveal Wheel card using products from Lawn Fawn and bees from Simon Says Stamp Bee Yourself stamp set.

I used patterned papers from Doodlebug and Honey Bee Stamps and added glitter to the flowers.

Very fun and easy to create the Reveal Wheel card, can't wait to make more!

The Bee's Knees

Made a fun shaker with the cute bees from the Simon Says Stamp Card Kit from back in July! These bees from the Bee Yourself stamp set are just adorable, especially the one with the glasses.

I used the SSS Small Hexagon Die for my shaker windows. The back of the shaker window is a daisy flower patterned paper from Doodlebug and the front panel paper is from Honey Bee stamps.

I think "You're the Bee's Knees" is a good sentiment for any occasion and I decided to stamp a birthday greeting on the inside.

Poppystamps Monthly Challenge

Poppystamps monthly challenge is Animal Menagerie. Use any animal stamp or die and at least one Poppystamps product on your project.

I made a baby card for the challenge using some of the new Whittle animal dies. The animals in this series are adorable and there's a whole family of them. You can see them all here.

The giraffe and hedgehog were die cut from some scrap alcohol ink paper I had and I added some detail with Copic markers. The panda has a fuzzy fun flock belly and of course I had to add googly eyes!

The are sitting inside the cute Stitched Envelope that is so easy to put together. I also used the new Whittle Cloud Border with the great stitching.

I finished off the card with white paint splatters on the background and a sentiment.

Now it's your turn to make a project for the challenge. You have all month to play along and all the details can be found here.

Thanks for dropping by!
