Anything Goes with A Blog Named Hero

Hello bloggers, there's a new challenge starting today over at A Blog Named Hero.  It's everyones favorite...Free Style!

For my card I went a little crazy with the pink and the speech bubbles.  I just got the Hero Arts Phrase Bubbles Dies and wanted them to be the focus of the card.
ABNH Anything Goes

For the background I coloured white cardstock with Panpastels, inked up the Envelope Pattern with Versamark ink and stamped. It gives a nice soft background for all the sentiments.

Next I took some watercolour paper and used different shades of pink Lyra Aquacolor Crayons to create an ombre look and sprayed it with Perfect Pearls (a little shimmer is a good thing).  I then die cut a few windows, laid this piece ontop of the background and stamped a variety of sentiments through the openings. I finished off by adding white die cut phrase bubbles and some vellum and acetate hearts that I coloured with alcohol inks.

You have two weeks to play along with this challenge that is sponsored by the wonderful Simon Says Stamp.  Who knows, you could be the lucky winner of a $25 gift voucher and get to buy some crafty things for your stash!
