Dear Santa Card Week at A Blog Named Hero

Welcome to Dear Santa Month with A Blog Named Hero.  This week we're showcasing cards on the blog with the ABNH Design Team and with special Guest Designers.

Santa dropped by early and gave us wonderful goodies to play with from some of our favourite companies: Hero ArtsSimon Says StampKelly PurkeyLawn FawnCAS-ual FridaysAvery ElleAmerican Crafts Amy Tangerine and Neat & Tangled.  Thank you so much!

The idea behind this is that you can create all sorts of different projects by using a limited amount of products.

For my card I combined sentiments from several sets to stamp out my tree shape.
ABNH Christmas Card

It's so fun and easy to mix and match fonts and I love how the tree turned out.

I just have to point out the tree trunk.  I selectively inked Hero Arts Small Scallop Background and turned it on its side to make the trunk.  I actually giggled when I came up with this idea.

And I think the red striped paper from Lawn Fawn adds even a more festive touch to this card.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  I'll be posting a new project every Thursday in November with next weeks theme being Gifts.

Make sure to stop by A Blog Named Hero every weekday for more fabulous inspiration!
