Serendipity Stamps

I'm back with my second post as guest designer at the Serendipity Stamps Challenge Blog. This month the challenge is emboss!

I made two cards using the same Serendipity products; the Branch Nouveau Stamp and the Thanks Die.

On black card stock I marked off  two border sections by creating an embossed line and I used that line as a guide to repeatedly stamp the Branch Nouveau with Versamark and silver heat emboss. Then I coloured in all the circles with a white pen.

The sentiment was added and I mounted the panel on silver metallic card stock.

The second card was done the same way but with gold embossing powder and a gold shimmer pen.

The "thanks" was die cut from gold mirror card stock twice and I did a little paper surgery by removing the swirl that comes off the letter "k" and attaching one to the front and to the back of the "thanks".

Make sure to drop by the Serendipity blog to see the projects by the design team and you still have lots of time to play along with the emboss challenge.

I'd like to thank Serendipity Stamps for inviting me to be a guest designer. I truly enjoyed working with your wonderful products.

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Love the contrast of these too, one softer and the other more elegant. Really love the thanks die on that second one too!

  2. Both of these are wonderful but I have to admit I am a gold lover through and through. Brilliant stamps and sentiments. Love the layout.
