My first card uses the Starbursts stamp.
Aren't these the happiest little flowers!
I inked them with Versamark and coloured them with PanPastels, which are like chalk. I layered this piece onto a HA Lilac Folded Card which was stamped with the Designer Woodgrain and inked with Soft Shadow Lilac Ink. I added a sentiment from Everyday Sayings and finished off with some twine and pearls.
Next I used Border Messages as the focal point of my card.
The greetings in this set (there are 3) are very large and take up the entire card front.
The sentiment has a debossed look to it because I melted 5 layers of white embossing powder onto cardstock and while the embossing powder was still hot I pressed the stamp into it and let it sit there until cool. When I took away the stamp it left all the wonderful debossed details. Here's a close-up.
For the background I used the rose image from the Two Birds stamp set. This was inked with Soft Pink Shadow Ink on Carnation cardstock.
My final card uses the new Dot Flower Pattern stamp.
I stamped the image with Versamark, coloured them with PanPastels and cut them out in heart shapes.
(the top heart was covered with Glossy Accents). To complete the card I stamped the Envelope Pattern in Soft Sand Shadow Ink on white cardstock and added the sentiment from Celebrate Everyday set.
Here's a look at the inside of the card. The hearts are actually layered on the inside and peek through a heart window. I used the Classic Hearts die set from Spellbinders.
