Inky Watercolouring

I used some Distress Inks today to watercolour my embossed Penny Black image.
PB Puzzle Parts Jul 7 2013
I took 4 ink colours and smeared some on my craft mat, spritzed a little water on each colour and then randomly coloured in my little squares.  Once I finished, I sprayed some Perfect Pearls all over the piece and let it air dry. Love all the shade variations from just 4 ink colours.

Thanks for stopping by and wishing you an inky day!

  2. Oh Sue, this is so very gorgeous- especially how the colours bleed over into each other. Swoon! can be such a control freak that I forget to embrace those little things. Hard to believe that's only 4 colours. Thanks for the inspiration!
