May Arts and A Blog Named Hero
This week A Blog Named Hero is showcasing some wonderful projects using fabulous ribbon from May Arts.
When I saw this Metallic Velvet May Arts Ribbon I knew I wanted it to take centre stage on my card.
Don't you just love all the sparkle and the rich fuchsia colour? Sooo fun!
I covered some card stock with the ribbon and die cut it on my Vagabond. I also used some black and white ribbon that has a tiny pattern in it.
Here's a close-up of the glittery goodness.
Please stop by and visit the blog to see all the projects created by the other talented design team members.

CAS at A Blog Named Hero
A new challenge starts today over at A Blog Named Hero and it's all about Clean and Simple card designs.
I thought a CAS card would be perfect for a teenage boy so I made this card for my nephew's high school graduation which is coming up in June.
A little bit of stamping in grey, pool and red, a few stars and some ink splatters and that's it.
You have two weeks to play and submit your creation to ABNH and you could win a gift voucher from Simon Says Stamp to buy some crafting goodies!
Thanks for stopping by today!

Tic Tac Toe With Wings
Back with a card for CAS-ual Fridays Tic Tac Toe Challenge and for Simon Says Things with Wings Challenge.
I used the left column of polka dots, a square card and birthday from the tic tac toe board.
I inked up some acetate with Alcohol Inks and stamped the butterfly image on top of that. I die cut a bunch of leaves to put behind the butterfly and added some texture to the background with a PTI Impression Plate.
Thanks so much for stopping by today!

Tic Tac Toe
CAS-ual Fridays is celebrating its 2nd Birthday and 100th Challenge with a two week Tic Tac Toe Challenge. Who doesn't love Tic Tac Toe?
For my card I picked the bottom row with birthday, emboss and black & white.
I masked off an angled portion of my card and stamped the flower images, added a sentiment and some embossed lines. Quick and easy.
The challenge ends on the 16th, so there's still lots of time to play!
Have a great day!
