A card for the Hero Arts monthly challenge found here. I combined all three themes on my card.
I used Hero Arts pretty Pool Papers for my colour theme along with the beautiful Floral Blossoms stamp which was used on the main panel and on the die cut, you can faintly make out the second generation stamping of pool ink on the white card stock.
And my butterfly embellishments, can you guess what they are made from? Shrink Plastic! It's a craft product that's been around for a long time yet I tend to forget about using it in my projects, it's always fun to watch the shrinky magic take place!
Here's a close-up of the butterflies.
I stamped the butterflies on one side of the Shrink Plastic and coloured them in with Copics on the backside, it gives a lovely translucent effect.
Thanks for stopping by and visiting, I appreciate all your wonderful comments!
